Feminine hygiene products.

When you’ve just got your period, there are so many new things yet to experience- today we’re talking about feminine hygiene products. Pads and tampons are great examples of those. Even though the decision of whether you should use pads or tampons are up to you, tampons have a higher risk of TSS (Toxic shock syndrome) [1]. Tampons are mostly used in sports & swimming, and pads are used for everything else. When using pads, stick the adhesive side to your underwear and be sure to line up the first line with the seam of your underwear. If there are wings, tuck it into the side of your underwear. When using tampons, push the tampon into your vagina using the applicator and throw away the wrapper [2]. Now you're an expert on feminine hygiene products!
